Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) reported a 20% quarter-on-quarter rise in its consolidated net profit at ₹371 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025. This is an improvement from ₹309 crore posted in Q3 FY25.

The company’s net revenue from operations stood at ₹24,596 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a 12.5% increase compared to ₹21,871 crore recorded in the previous quarter.

EBITDA for the quarter came in at ₹1,128 crore, up 9.3% from ₹1,032 crore reported in Q3. However, EBITDA margins declined slightly to 4.6%, compared to 4.7% in the preceding quarter, reflecting a dip of 10 basis points (bps).
