MPS Interactive Systems Limited (MPSi), a material subsidiary of MPS Limited, announced that it has completed the 100% acquisition of the Liberate Group of Companies — including Liberate Learning Pty Ltd, App-eLearn Pty Ltd, and Liberate eLearning Pty Ltd, according to a statement issued on October 28, 2025 .

Following the transaction, MPSi now holds the entire issued and paid-up share capital of all three entities, making them wholly owned subsidiaries of the company. The acquisition was completed in line with the valuation methodology agreed under the transaction documents.

Strategic rationale

Rahul Arora, Chairman and CEO of MPS Limited, said the deal strengthens MPS’s position in the corporate learning and digital training solutions sector, calling it “one of our most dynamic growth areas.” He added, “The completion of the 100% acquisition of the Liberate Group further aligns with our strategic objective to expand our global footprint and deliver comprehensive, technology-enabled learning solutions to clients worldwide.”
