In its filing on June 3, Mphasis stated that it does not comment on speculative news articles or on individual client relationships or contracts. However, to provide clarity, the company confirmed that it continues to be a service provider in the FedEx ecosystem.
Mphasis further added that other aspects of the news article are purely speculative.
The company reiterated that its management stands by the outlook and assessments previously communicated during its prior investor calls and its most recent earnings call.
Mphasis also emphasized its commitment to the highest standards of governance and disclosures, and assured that any material information requiring disclosure under applicable regulations would be promptly communicated to the exchanges.
