Mold-Tek Technologies Limited has announced a strategic collaboration with Interarch Building Solutions Limited to expand its presence in the global market for pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) and structural steel projects. Under this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Mold-Tek will provide engineering design and detailing services, while Interarch will manage manufacturing, shipping, and erection.

The partnership is focused on enhancing operational reach, particularly for export orders. As part of the agreement, Mold-Tek will also allow Interarch to use its Atlanta office address for international marketing purposes.

Key commercial terms include Interarch paying Mold-Tek a 5% commission on export orders facilitated by Mold-Tek. This rate may be revised on a project basis upon mutual agreement. The MoU is valid for two years and can be extended further.

Importantly, the deal is not a related-party transaction, and there is no promoter involvement in Interarch. With Interarch having an estimated market capitalization of ₹2,530 crore, this collaboration is expected to strengthen both firms’ footprints in global infrastructure and steel construction projects.
