MIC Electronics has received its first order from the Northeast Frontier Railway for its newly approved Microprocessor Controller for Roof-Mounted AC Package Units used in LHB and double-decker coaches.
This order comes soon after the product received official approval on 20 October 2025, marking the start of commercial supplies in this category. The company said the development reinforces its position in providing advanced control systems for Indian Railways.
In the exchange filings, the company shared, “In continuation of our announcement dated October 20, 2025, regarding the approval of the “Microprocessor Controller for Roof-Mounted AC Package Unit for LHB Coaches and DoubleDecker Coaches,” we wish to inform you that the Company has received its first order post product approval under this category, from Northeast Frontier Railway, Indian Railways.”
