MIC Electronics Limited announced that it has received two Letters of Variation (LOA) from the South East Central Railway and the Northern Railway, aggregating to Rs 1.15 crore, under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme.

Details of the new orders

The first order, valued at Rs 82.56 lakh, has been awarded by the South East Central Railway for provision of Signalling and Telecom Works related to station development at Nainpur (NIR), Chhindwara (CWA), Seoni (SEY), and Mandlafort (MFR) stations under the Nagpur Division.

The second order, worth Rs 33.08 lakh, was received from the Northern Railway for passenger amenities and expansion of the telecom-based information system to assist Divyangjan (differently-abled individuals) and for utility shifting across several stations in the Delhi Division, including TKJ, GHNA, MDNR, SZM, PWL, BVH, FDN, BGZ, ROK, PTRD, SMQL, NUR, SNP, JHI, NRW, and MSZ.

Execution and other details

Both orders were awarded through tenders floated by the Indian Railways and are domestic in nature. MIC Electronics confirmed that none of its promoters or group companies have any interest in the awarding entities and that the transactions do not qualify as related party transactions.

The company stated that the terms and conditions will be finalized at the time of execution of the agreements. The LOAs were issued on October 25 and 26, 2025, respectively.

In an exchange filing, Company Secretary Lakshmi Sowjanya Alla informed that the development aligns with the company’s ongoing participation in railway modernization projects under national infrastructure schemes.
