Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders to consider interim dividend and stock split on October 22, 2024

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on October 22, 2024, to consider two key agenda items:

1. Declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25.
2. Sub-division (Stock Split) of Equity Shares in line with the provisions of Section 61(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 2013.

The company has also set Wednesday, October 30, 2024, as the record date for the payment of the interim dividend if it is approved by the board.
