Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, November 14, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
In its regulatory filing to the NSE and BSE, the company also confirmed that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
