Marsons Limited has announced the receipt of a significant Letter of Award from Galaxy Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd., marking another milestone in its ongoing growth within the power equipment manufacturing sector. The order, valued at ₹25,02,78,000 (inclusive of GST), covers the supply of 72 IDT Transformers across various ratings, further reinforcing the company’s presence in India’s expanding renewable energy ecosystem.
The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, with Marsons confirming that there is no promoter or group company interest involved in the awarding organisation. The company also clarified that the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings and has been secured entirely on an arm’s-length basis. The nature of the engagement is purely supply-based, with no additional commercial conditions highlighted by the customer.
Marsons is expected to complete the execution of this order within a six-month timeframe.
