Marsons Limited has announced the receipt of a significant Letter of Award and Purchase Order valued at ₹13.46 crore (inclusive of GST) from LC Infra Projects Private Limited. This order reinforces the company’s position in the domestic power equipment sector and expands its presence in the high-specification transformer segment.
According to the company’s disclosure, the contract covers the supply of Inverter Duty Transformers required for LC Infra Projects’ ongoing infrastructure and power-related developments. The scope of supply includes eleven units of 13.2 MVA 33/4×0.66 kV transformers, one unit of 6.6 MVA 33/0.66–0.66 kV transformer, and one unit of 3.3 MVA 33/0.66 kV transformer. All deliveries will be executed within India, and the project is expected to be completed over the next few months.
Marsons confirmed that the order does not involve any related-party transactions and that neither the promoter group nor any group companies hold an interest in the awarding entity. The terms of the contract are standard, with no special conditions attached.
