Marsons has secured a new international order worth ₹5.74 crore (USD 637,875) from FTC Solar Inc, USA, marking another export-led addition to the company’s order book. The contract has been awarded in the form of a Letter of Award/Purchase Order and involves the supply of pad-mounted transformers of various ratings for solar power applications.
The order has been received from FTC Solar Inc, a US-based company operating in the solar energy sector, and is classified as an international contract. Under the agreement, Marsons will manufacture and supply pad-mounted transformers, which are widely used in solar power projects for efficient and safe power distribution. The execution timeline for the order is six months.
The total consideration for the contract stands at ₹5,74,08,750, equivalent to USD 637,875. The company has clarified that there are no significant special terms or conditions attached to the order. It has also confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in FTC Solar Inc, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
