Manoj Ceramic Limited has announced that it has entered into an Exclusive Supply and Display Centre Agreement with MCPL Ceramic FZ-LLC, a promoter group entity, for the establishment of a display centre in Dubai, UAE.
The company said the centre will operate under the MCPL brand name and will serve as an exclusive facility to showcase and promote its wall and floor tile products in the region. Under the terms of the agreement, the Dubai-based display centre will procure 100% of its requirements for display and sales solely from Manoj Ceramic.
The agreement falls under related party transactions as MCPL Ceramic FZ-LLC is part of the promoter group. The company clarified that the transaction has been executed at arm’s length.
Manoj Ceramic also highlighted that there is no shareholding involved in the agreement and no loan or issuance of shares is linked to the arrangement. The agreement is aimed at enhancing product visibility and strengthening the company’s brand presence in international markets.
