Honasa Consumer Ltd, the parent company of popular beauty and personal care brand Mamaearth, has officially announced that it will declare its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, on Thursday, May 22, 2025. The Board of Directors will meet on that day to consider and approve both the standalone and consolidated audited financial results, as per the company’s regulatory filing with the BSE and NSE.

Meanwhile, shares of Honasa Consumer were trading slightly higher in Monday’s session. As of 1:53 PM, the stock was up 0.75% at ₹253.24 on the NSE, compared to the previous close of ₹251.35. The intraday movement saw the stock trade in a narrow range of ₹250.21 to ₹255.50.
