The investment will focus on acquiring land and developing critical infrastructure to create a state-of-the-art industrial ecosystem.
Amit Kumar Sinha, Managing Director & CEO of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., expressed pride in their efforts to create industrial clusters that drive economic growth. He emphasized the importance of the partnership with Sumitomo Corporation in fostering sustainable industrial development.
MIPCL, which currently spans over 307 acres, hosts both global and domestic companies, offering world-class infrastructure and supporting the region’s industrial and economic growth. The project is set to play a key role in enhancing Tamil Nadu’s position as a major industrial hub.
