Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL), one of India’s leading leisure hospitality players, has announced the launch of Club Mahindra Nadiya Parao Resort in Jim Corbett, further expanding its footprint in Uttarakhand. The new property marks the company’s second resort in the region and reinforces its strategy of accelerating resort additions across high-demand leisure destinations.
Located in Jim Corbett, one of India’s most preferred destinations for immersive and nature-led travel, the new resort strengthens Club Mahindra’s presence in a market witnessing strong and consistent tourist inflows. The launch aligns with the company’s broader ambition of becoming India’s number one leisure hospitality brand through disciplined capital allocation, portfolio premiumisation, and steady capacity expansion.
Spanning nearly 10 acres, the 57-room Club Mahindra Nadiya Parao Resort has been designed to offer premium leisure stays alongside large-scale event infrastructure. The property features expansive landscaped lawns, a banquet hall, and riverfront access, enabling it to cater to holidaying families, destination weddings, and corporate offsites. By integrating multiple demand segments within a single asset, the company aims to enhance asset utilisation and create a differentiated hospitality experience.
The addition supports MHRIL’s near-term target of adding 1,000 rooms by FY26 and contributes to its long-term roadmap of scaling to 10,000 keys under Club M and 12,000 keys overall by FY30. The company’s growth approach focuses not only on expanding room inventory but also on improving execution standards and enhancing guest experiences across its portfolio.
Commenting on the launch, Manoj Bhat, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, stated that the company remains committed to leading India’s leisure hospitality segment with families at the centre of its offerings. He highlighted that the opening of Nadiya Parao represents another step forward in the expansion journey, particularly in a destination where travel demand continues to grow.
