According to the official disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulations, the supply order will be executed gradually over the next two quarters, aligning with the customer’s requirements. Maharashtra Seamless confirmed that neither its promoters nor group companies hold any interest in the entity awarding the order, and this transaction does not qualify as a related-party deal.
