Madhav Infra Projects Limited has bagged a major infrastructure project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), further strengthening its order book in the road construction segment. The company announced today (April 9) that it received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the four-laning of a key stretch of NH-146 in Madhya Pradesh.

The project involves the construction of a 10.079 km highway stretch from Rahatgarh (Km 124.470) to Berkhedi (Km 134.549) under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) model. The total bid price accepted by NHAI stands at Rs 323.82 crore, and the project is scheduled to be completed within 730 days.

This highway project forms part of the NH(O) initiative to upgrade existing national highway infrastructure for better connectivity and safer road travel.

According to the company’s regulatory filing, the contract was awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under any related-party transaction. Neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in the awarding authority.

With this new win, Madhav Infra reinforces its position as a key player in India’s road development ecosystem, particularly under the government’s expanding national highway development plans.
