Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical has bagged major orders in India, reinforcing its position as a leader in large-scale construction projects.
The company has won a prestigious contract from a reputed MNC to develop one of Bengaluru’s largest proposed IT parks. Spanning 5.9 million sq. ft., the project will be delivered in two phases on a Lumpsum Turnkey basis. It will feature A-grade office spaces built on a warm shell basis, targeting USGBC New Building – Platinum LEED certification for sustainability. The development includes six 14-storey towers, extensive civil works, unitized façade glazing, advanced electromechanical services, GIS substation, Solar PV system, LPG gas bank, and beautifully landscaped external areas.
In addition, L&T has secured a mixed-use development project in Mumbai from a reputed developer, scheduled for completion within 45 months.
These orders, each valued between ₹5,000–10,000 crore, highlight L&T’s proven expertise in delivering complex and large-scale projects on time, showcasing its legacy of eight decades of excellence in EPC, hi-tech manufacturing, and services.
