LTIMindtree has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, October 17, 2024, to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2024. The meeting will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend on equity shares. If approved, the record date for the interim dividend has been set for October 25, 2024.
Additionally, the company will hold an earnings conference call on the same day at 5:00 p.m. IST. LTIMindtree also confirmed that its trading window has been closed from October 1 and will remain closed until October 19, 2024, following SEBI regulations.
