LTIMindtree, a Larsen & Toubro Group company and global technology consulting and digital solutions provider, has entered into a five-year strategic collaboration with the Indian Institute of Creative Technologies (IICT) to strengthen industry-aligned skilling in creative technologies. The partnership aims to enhance workforce readiness across advertising, films, immersive media and digital storytelling, at a time when creative industries are rapidly integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, real-time rendering and virtual production.

As the global creative economy evolves, the demand for professionals who can seamlessly combine creativity with emerging technologies continues to grow. Recognising this shift, the collaboration is designed to create a sustainable pipeline of job-ready talent equipped with both technical expertise and creative capabilities. By aligning academic learning with enterprise requirements, the initiative seeks to bridge the gap between education and industry expectations.

Under the agreement, IICT will design and deliver specialised training programmes tailored to industry needs. The curriculum will focus on tech-enabled advertising, AI-driven creative workflows, immersive storytelling techniques and virtual production methodologies. These programmes are expected to reflect the fast-changing nature of digital content creation and ensure that students are prepared for real-world production environments.

LTIMindtree will contribute through its BlueVerse CraftStudio capabilities, providing structured, role-based frameworks to keep the curriculum aligned with global enterprise standards. This approach ensures that students gain exposure not only to theoretical knowledge but also to practical skills relevant to AI-powered creative production. Participants will have opportunities to work on live projects, undertake internships and engage directly with industry experts, strengthening hands-on experience and employability.

Speaking about the collaboration, Dr. Sujay Sen, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Interactive Services at LTIMindtree, stated that as creativity and technology increasingly converge, building industry-ready talent has become essential for sustained growth in the global creative economy. He added that the partnership with IICT will help shape a future workforce capable of creating, scaling and innovating for international markets.

Dr. Vishwas Deoskar, Chief Executive Officer of IICT, noted that the collaboration enables direct alignment between academic programmes and real-world creative and AI-driven production requirements. According to him, the initiative will prepare students to become job-ready professionals with globally relevant skills tailored to the needs of modern creative industries.
