LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, has announced the launch of “Smart Spaces 2.0,” a comprehensive digital transformation and ESG platform aimed at optimizing building operations while driving sustainability.
The Smart Spaces 2.0 solution enables existing and new buildings to be integrated with the latest IoT devices to collect key data related to energy, emissions, water, and waste. The platform provides real-time insights for operational efficiency, helping building managers, landlords, investors, and tenants enhance environmental and operational performance.
The platform is part of LTIMindtree’s Digital Transformation Platform, iNXT, and includes a comprehensive suite that enables intelligent and connected building spaces. It supports adherence to global sustainability standards such as GRI, TCFD, and ISO frameworks, offering a solution for end-to-end ESG reporting.
Monish Mishra, Chief Business Officer at iNXT, LTIMindtree, noted that Smart Spaces 2.0 is designed to accelerate smart building transformations and ESG excellence, while Chief Sustainability Officer Paneesh Rao emphasized its role in advancing LTIMindtree’s ambitious ESG targets, including reaching net zero by 2040 and zero waste to landfill by 2030.
The platform has already been deployed in LTIMindtree’s own offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Chennai, with further rollouts planned across India.
