LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, has announced a strategic agreement with a major player in the global agribusiness sector. The deal, valued at $450 million over seven years, is the largest in LTIMindtree’s history.

Under this agreement, LTIMindtree will provide a range of IT services, including application management, infrastructure support, and cybersecurity. These services will be delivered through an AI-enabled operating model designed to improve operational efficiency and support business scalability.

The technology stack for the engagement includes platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure. LTIMindtree will also leverage its proprietary AI frameworks to support service delivery and enhance performance outcomes.

This engagement is aimed at supporting the agribusiness client’s global operations and long-term digital transformation goals.
