LTIMindtree has announced a multi-year strategic agreement valued at $100 million with a Europe-based MedTech company that specialises in innovative hearing solutions. The seven-year engagement will focus on product development and long-term support across the client’s flagship hearing brands.
Under the agreement, LTIMindtree will deliver end-to-end development and support services for the MedTech firm’s core hearing instrument portfolio, including its primary brands and private labels. The scope covers wearable hearing devices, the professional fitting application used by hearing care specialists to configure hearing aids, and companion mobile applications that enable users to control and personalise their devices.
The company will deploy its iNXT platform, a cross-industry digital transformation and innovation framework designed to help enterprises manage the convergence of physical products and digital technologies. Through this platform, LTIMindtree aims to strengthen product engineering capabilities, enhance user experience, and streamline lifecycle management for connected medical devices.
In addition to technology development and support, LTIMindtree will assist the client in navigating complex MedTech compliance and regulatory requirements. The engagement includes managing stringent quality, safety, and documentation standards that govern medical devices in European and global markets.
