The decision was approved by the Board of Directors of LT Foods in a meeting held on August 29, 2024, which lasted from 01:55 P.M. to 02:25 P.M. Nature Bio-Foods Limited is described as the organic arm of LT Foods, indicating its importance in the company’s portfolio of health-focused and organic food products.
This acquisition aligns with LT Foods’ strategy to strengthen its position in the organic food segment and consolidate its operations. By fully integrating Nature Bio-Foods, LT Foods is likely aiming to streamline its organic food production and distribution capabilities.
