Lloyds Engineering Works Limited on Thursday, November 20, announced that it has entered into two separate contract agreements with Kliver Polska Sp. z o.o., a Poland-based engineering firm. The agreements were signed under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the first agreement covers the development of towed reels for a multifunctional underwater platform. Kliver Polska will design, create prototypes, and deliver the final system to Lloyds Engineering Works. The contract value is USD 1,63,900.
The second agreement is for the development of an operational test tilt stand, with Kliver Polska responsible for design, prototyping and delivery. This contract is valued at EUR 3,10,000.
Lloyds Engineering confirmed that there is no shareholding relationship with the Polish entity, and the contracts do not impact management control, nor do they fall under related-party transactions. No restrictions or liabilities have been imposed on the company as part of these agreements.
The company stated that both agreements mark important steps in its ongoing engineering and defence-focused expansion.
