Lincoln Pharmaceuticals has announced the successful completion of the trial run at its new manufacturing facility located at Trimul Estate, Khatraj, in Gandhinagar district, Gujarat.
This state-of-the-art facility is set to focus on the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). The company expects commercial production to begin within 1 to 2 years, subject to the receipt of necessary product approvals from the Food & Drugs Control Administration (FDCA).
In the excahgne filings, the company shared, “We are pleased to inform you that the new manufacturing facility of the Company located at Block No-176, Trimul Estate, Khatraj, Dis-Gandhinagar, Gujarat has successfully completed its trial run. Further, the facility is expected to commence the commercial production of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) within 1 to 2 years depending upon additional product permission received from Food & Drugs Control Administration.”
This development marks a significant step forward in Lincoln Pharma’s expansion and backwards integration strategy.
