Linc Limited has announced revisions to its joint venture agreement (JVA) with South Korea–based Morris Co. Ltd for their JV entity, Morris Linc Private Limited, effective November 4, 2025. The company notified the exchanges on Tuesday.

According to the filing, the amendment expands the JV’s product portfolio beyond the initially agreed Anti-ink Dry Marker range. The updated list now includes twist colour pencils and inks for highlighters, watercolour, permanent markers and whiteboard markers, signalling deeper collaboration in the writing instruments and stationery category.

The revised agreement also modifies the board structure. Linc and Morris will now have the right to appoint two directors and one director respectively, instead of the earlier plan of two each. Additionally, the filing states that the ‘Reserve Matters’ clause stands deleted from the original agreement.

Linc Limited said the revisions are part of ongoing terms in its JV arrangement and have been executed through an addendum to the original agreement dated October 23, 2023.

The company stated that the modifications are now in effect and have been taken on record.
