LIC has recently informed exchanges that the company appointed Infosys to build its new cutting-edge NextGen Digital Platform, which will be an integrated end-to-end digital insurance solution for providing excellent services to customers, business lifecycle management and operational activities for sales intermediaries and a digital front-end platform for branch employees.
The NextGen Digital Platform’s design will be platform-driven, flexible, cloud-native and modular, enabling it to swiftly adopt new features, products and cutting-edge technology. This platform will serve as the base for LIC’s high-value business applications, including the Customer and Sales Super Apps, Portals and Digital Branch.
