Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of its latest property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Bapane, Maharashtra. This new addition will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The hotel is expected to open in FY 2026.
Strategically located in Bapane Village, within the Vasai Municipality of Palghar District, the hotel is part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Known for its industrial hubs and affordable housing, Vasai has experienced significant population growth since the 1980s due to its proximity to Mumbai.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Bapane will offer 76 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa, and other modern amenities. The property ensures excellent connectivity, situated just 43 km from Mumbai International Airport and 28.8 km from Mumbai Borivali Railway Station. It is also easily accessible by both public and private transport, making it an ideal destination for business and leisure travelers.
