Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the execution of a Hotel Operation Agreement (HOA) for a new property in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The agreement has been signed through its wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited, which will operate the upcoming hotel under the “Lemon Tree Suites” brand. The operation of the hotel is subject to the execution of a licence agreement by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The upcoming Lemon Tree Suites in Greater Noida will include 336 well-appointed suites along with a range of amenities such as restaurants, a bar, banquet facilities, a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and other public areas. The property will cater to both business and leisure travelers.
Strategically located, the hotel is approximately 39 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, and about 13 km from Ghaziabad Railway Station. It is easily accessible via road and offers connectivity to various modes of public and private transport.
