Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new franchise property, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Kurali, Kharar, marking the company’s 11th hotel in Punjab. The signing reflects the group’s continued expansion in high-potential business and leisure corridors across North India.
The upcoming hotel will feature 38 well-appointed rooms along with a restaurant, banquet hall, conference facilities, and a fitness centre. Positioned within the fast-growing Mohali district, the property caters to both business and leisure travellers with convenient access to Chandigarh. The location is about 31 km from Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport and 30 km from Chandigarh railway station, offering connectivity across major routes.
Vilas Pawar, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels, said the new signing reinforces the brand’s presence in Punjab, where it already operates two hotels and has eight in the pipeline. “As the region continues to evolve into a vibrant residential and commercial hub, this property will offer travellers our signature blend of comfort, warmth, and refreshing hospitality that Lemon Tree Hotels is known for,” he noted.
The company, one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality players, now operates more than 120 hotels across 80+ cities with a development pipeline of over 120 properties. The Kurali signing builds on its multi-brand portfolio strategy that spans mid-scale to premium offerings across business, leisure, and spiritual destinations.
