Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hotel chains, has announced the signing of two new properties — Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya and Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati. Under the terms of the Development Management and License Agreements with RJ Corp Limited, both hotels will be developed by RJ Corp using the technical expertise of Lemon Tree Hotels. The operations of these properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya
Located in the historic city of Ayodhya — revered as the birthplace of Lord Ram — Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya will feature around 300 well-appointed rooms, complemented by a restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, a swimming pool, a spa, and other recreational amenities.
