Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, recognised as one of India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hospitality brands, has announced two new property signings that strengthen its presence in Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The company has confirmed the upcoming Lemon Tree Resort in Bapatla and the Lemon Tree Hotel in Bhilai, both set to be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary. With these additions, the brand continues to widen its appeal for travellers seeking a refreshing, vibrant and reliable stay experience across the country.
The first of the two signings, Lemon Tree Resort in Bapatla, finds its home in a peaceful coastal town known for the calm charm of Suryalanka Beach. The location is already popular among visitors looking to unwind by the sea, and the resort promises to bring a new level of comfort to the region. The property is planned with ninety well-designed rooms, a lively restaurant and bar, dedicated banquet and meeting spaces, along with leisure amenities such as a swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. Its connectivity adds another layer of convenience, with Vijayawada International Airport roughly 100 kilometres away and Vijayawada Junction situated about 85 kilometres from the site. Both public and private transport options link the destination smoothly to surrounding cities.
The second property, Lemon Tree Hotel in Bhilai, is set in the heart of Chhattisgarh’s famed Steel City, a place where industrial progress blends with wide, green neighbourhoods. Bhilai’s reputation is anchored by the iconic Bhilai Steel Plant, and the new hotel aims to cater to the flow of business travellers while also welcoming guests exploring the region. The hotel is planned to feature seventy-two smartly appointed rooms, an in-house restaurant, versatile banquet and meeting facilities, and recreational offerings including a swimming pool and spa. It also benefits from strong transport access, with Swami Vivekananda Airport in Raipur approximately 58 kilometres away and Raipur Railway Station about 41 kilometres from the property.
Both signings reflect Lemon Tree Hotels’ ongoing strategy to blend high-quality hospitality with value-driven experiences, ensuring guests have dependable options across both emerging and established markets.
