Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the execution of a Termination Agreement on November 26, 2024. This agreement involves M/s STOA Hospitality (Owner), M/s Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd. (Operator) and Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (Licensor).
As per the agreement, the termination of the Hotel Operating and License Agreement will officially take effect on January 15, 2025. This development follows a previous disclosure made by the company on November 26, 2024.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “We wish to inform that the Termination Agreement (‘Agreement’) has been executed between M/s STOA Hospitality (Owner); M/s Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd. (Operator) and M/s Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (Licensor) on 26.11.2024. The termination as per the said Agreement will come into effect from 15.01.2025.”
