Larsen & Toubro on Wednesday, January 1, informed stock exchanges about changes in its senior management, effective immediately.
In a regulatory filing, the engineering and construction major said Ms. Koneru Bhavani has been promoted as Senior Vice President & Head – Heavy Civil Infrastructure Business, while Mr. P Ramakrishnan has been elevated to Senior Vice President – Corporate Accounts, Taxation and Investor Relations .
The company clarified that both appointments are internal promotions, and the executives will continue as existing employees of Larsen & Toubro, with effect from January 1, 2026 .
Ms. Koneru Bhavani currently heads the Urban Transit Strategic Business Group under L&T Construction and has nearly three decades of experience across metro rail, urban infrastructure, procurement, and engineering design. She has been associated with several large-scale metro and mass rapid transit projects across India .
Mr. P Ramakrishnan, a Chartered Accountant with over 33 years at L&T, oversees corporate accounts, taxation, investor relations, and group finance functions. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of L&T Technology Services and continues to report to the Group CFO .
The company stated that there are no inter-se relationships between the appointees and members of the board.
