Krystal Integrated Services Limited has announced that it has received a new work order from Jindal Steel Limited (formerly Jindal Steel & Power Limited) for providing cleaning and maintenance services at the company’s plant toilets in Jindal Nagar, Orissa. The update was shared in line with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The order, dated November 29, 2025, and received by Krystal on December 8, 2025, covers a one-year period and falls under the company’s routine business operations. The scope of work includes mechanised housekeeping and maintenance services across the designated facilities within the plant premises.
The contract carries an approximate value of ₹9 crore, inclusive of all duties and taxes. Since the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and the promoters have no interest in Jindal Steel, it does not classify as a related-party transaction.
