The contract pertains to providing housekeeping and security services to 29 out of 124 medical institutions under the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) on an outsourced basis.

According to the company’s exchange filing dated April 17, 2025, the Letter of Intent (LOI) was issued on April 15 and received by Krystal on April 16. The nature of the engagement is facility management services, and the execution period for the entire contract is three years.

This order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is not categorized as a related party transaction. Furthermore, the company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor its related entities have any interest in the awarding authority.
