Krystal Integrated Services secures Rs 20.26 crore Patna Airport contract for facility management

Krystal Integrated Services Limited has announced that it has bagged a facility management contract from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for the new terminal building of Jay Prakash Narayan International (JPNI) Airport in Patna. The announcement was made through an official exchange filing on May 19, 2025.

According to the disclosure, the contract is valued at approximately Rs 20.26 crore, inclusive of all duties and taxes. The scope of work includes comprehensive facility management services, and the execution period is set for three years. The contract was awarded under contract number GEMC-511687749055469 dated May 18, 2025.

Krystal clarified that the order was received from a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions. The company also confirmed that none of its promoter group or related companies have any vested interest in the awarding entity.

This new order further strengthens Krystal Integrated Services’ portfolio in the airport infrastructure and facility management sector, marking a key step in its ongoing expansion strategy.
