The directive comes from the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB) due to alleged violations of pollution control norms and conditions related to the consent to operate the industrial unit.
In its letter dated 7th February 2025, received by the company on 9th February 2025, the APPCB emphasized that non-compliance with operating standards led to this decisive action. The company disclosed this information under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
