Kranti Industries Limited has received clearance from Kalyani Techno Forge Limited (KTFL) to commence the series production of differential housing, marking a significant milestone for the company.
The Pune-based manufacturing firm had previously received a sample order in July 2024 and has since completed all necessary testing and validation processes. With this clearance, Kranti Industries is now set to begin commercial production.
The estimated annual job-work business from this project is valued at approximately ₹3.5 crore. The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, will be executed as per the purchase order terms.
The company confirmed that the order does not fall under related party transactions, and there is no promoter or group company interest involved.
