Shares of Kranti Industries are likely to remain in focus after the company announced the commencement of commercial operations at its newly leased Plant 4 in Rajasthan, effective January 1, 2026.
In a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges, Kranti Industries informed that the new machine shop facility is located at Udyog Vihar, Village Sargoth, Tehsil Reengus (Srimadhopur), Sikar district, Rajasthan. The facility has been taken on lease pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding with Universal Autofoundry Limited .
The newly operational Plant 4 spans approximately 35,160 square feet and is equipped with the required machinery, utilities, and infrastructure to undertake machining operations, the company said. The commencement follows the company’s earlier intimation dated October 18, 2025, where it had outlined plans related to the facility.
Kranti Industries clarified that the update has been disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and does not involve any fresh equity issuance or changes to existing shareholding arrangements.
The development marks an expansion of Kranti Industries’ operational footprint and adds to its manufacturing capabilities, with the company now formally bringing the Rajasthan-based facility into commercial use.
