KPI Green Energy Limited on Friday announced the incorporation of a new Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) named KPIN Clean Power One LLP, aimed at strengthening its renewable energy portfolio. The SPV was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on August 19, 2025.
The company said KPIN Clean Power One LLP will focus on generating, developing, transmitting, and distributing power from renewable sources, including solar and wind. KPI Green contributed ₹99,000 as its share, while its wholly owned subsidiary, KPark Sunbeat Private Limited, contributed ₹1,000.
The newly incorporated SPV is yet to commence operations, with no turnover reported so far. KPI Green said the move aligns with its strategy of scaling up clean energy initiatives and expanding capacity under the renewable energy sector.
The incorporation is expected to provide a platform for the company to implement new solar and wind energy projects, reinforcing its long-term growth ambitions in the clean energy space.
