Konstelec Engineers Limited has been awarded a contract worth ₹39.63 crore by National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO). The project involves executing electrical works at NALCO’s Alumina Refinery and M&R Complex in Damanjodi, Odisha, as well as at the Vishakhapatnam Port Facilities.
The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for this project was issued on October 14, 2024, with a completion timeline of 12 months. The scope of the contract includes essential electrical installations that will support NALCO’s operations at these key facilities.
The contract is a domestic order, awarded by NALCO, which is a public sector enterprise with its registered office in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The agreement between Konstelec Engineers Limited and NALCO follows standard terms and conditions under the proposed contract agreement.
This contract does not involve any related party transactions, and neither the promoters nor promoter groups of Konstelec Engineers have any interest in the awarding entity.
