Hyderabad, September 23, 2025: KNR Constructions Limited has announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a major infrastructure project in Telangana, valued at ₹459.08 crore (excluding GST).

The project involves the construction of multi-level flyovers and grade separators at Khajaguda Junction and IIIT Junction, along with the widening and development of a 215-feet road from CP, Cyberabad Officer to Gachibowli Junction. Additionally, the scope includes widening and developing a 150-feet road from Anjaiah Nagar to Ramky Tower Road.

The contract has been awarded on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)/Turnkey basis, with a construction timeline of 24 months.

KNR Constructions informed the exchanges that, in compliance with its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed from September 23 to September 25, 2025.

With this project win, KNR continues to strengthen its presence in the road and urban infrastructure segment in Telangana, one of its key markets.
