Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd. (KMEW) has recently informed exchanges that the company bagged a 3-year contract worth Rs 147.43 crore from the Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) for fairway maintenance on the River Ganga.
This is KMEW’s third contract with IWAI, solidifying its position as India’s leading dredging contractor in India. The contract will be executed using three cutter suction dredgers and three work boats, increasing KMEW’s order book to more over INR 270 crore.
