Kinetic Engineering Limited announced an investment of Rs 9 crore in its subsidiary Kinetic Watts and Volts Limited (KWVL), according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange dated Friday, Nov 7, 2025.
The company subscribed to 90,00,000 equity shares at a face value of Rs 10 each, increasing its stake in KWVL from 76.90% to 79.79% post-allotment. The transaction, made on November 6, 2025, falls under the ambit of related party transactions and was executed at arm’s length.
KWVL, incorporated on September 27, 2022, is engaged in the automobile sector and will focus on expanding Kinetic’s footprint in the field. The company has an authorized capital of Rs 75 crore and a paid-up capital of Rs 71.83 crore after the latest investment.
Kinetic Engineering stated that the move aims to strengthen its core automotive business and support growth through its electric and mobility-focused subsidiary.
