KEI Industries Limited announced on July 16 that it has acquired an industrial plot measuring approximately 45,965 square metres from Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) for ₹23.05 crore. The land is located at Sanand-II Industrial Estate, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The company stated in its exchange filing that the newly acquired land will be utilised for future expansion projects. Chairman and Managing Director Anil Gupta signed the communication to the stock exchanges, underscoring the company’s continued focus on growth and capacity enhancement.
KEI Industries, a leading player in the cables and wires segment, intends to strengthen its manufacturing footprint with this acquisition, supporting its long-term business strategy.
