Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has announced the receipt of new orders and notifications of awards worth approximately ₹719 crore, further strengthening its position in India’s infrastructure development space.
The key project included in the latest order win is an elevated metro rail corridor in Thane, Maharashtra. This project adds depth to KPIL’s presence in the rapidly expanding urban transportation segment and aligns with the broader push for metro rail networks across major Indian cities.
Commenting on the development, Manish Mohnot, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KPIL, expressed satisfaction over the new order win in the Urban Infrastructure business. He stated that the Thane metro rail project strengthens the company’s foothold in the growing urban transportation EPC segment and reinforces management’s confidence in the long-term growth potential of urban infrastructure in India.
