Jyoti Structures Limited (JSL), a leading player in power transmission infrastructure, is scaling up its manufacturing operations to meet growing demand. The company currently holds a robust order book worth nearly ₹2,000 crore, including a ₹741 crore 800 KV HVDC project from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
To support this expansion, JSL is set to restart its second tower manufacturing unit in Nashik by the end of March. This move will add 33,000 MT of annual manufacturing capacity, complementing its first Nashik unit, which has been operating at an optimal level since August 2022 with a capacity of 36,000 MT.
In preparation, JSL has invested in a state-of-the-art galvanizing plant and three new CNC fabrication machines, while also refurbishing its existing seven CNC machines. This will enhance efficiency and production capabilities.
Looking ahead, the company is also preparing for the restart of its third tower manufacturing unit in Raipur, which boasts an annual capacity of 40,000 MT.
