Jyoti Structures has announced that it has received a significant order from AESL Projects Limited. The project is located in the central part of India and involves the supply of towers, surveying, soil investigation, foundations, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning of a portion of the +800 kV HVDC Bhadla 3 – Fatehpur Transmission Line on a turnkey basis.
The order value stands at Rs. 288.36 crore (excluding GST), with a completion timeline of 36 months from the date of the Letter of Award. The company has clarified that none of its promoters, promoter group, or related entities have any interest in AESL Projects Limited, and this order does not fall under related-party transactions.
This project strengthens Jyoti Structures’ position in the high-voltage transmission segment and reflects its continued growth in large-scale infrastructure projects.
